Put simply, I help individuals find professional fulfillment; I help people work together more effectively as members of a team; and I help companies and nonprofits adapt their management practices and organizational culture to better fit their changing needs. My change management services are aimed at helping companies and nonprofits negotiate transitions successfully. I work with organizations to help them initiate, prepare for and implement changes to their management practices and organizational culture. My goal in each engagement is to insure that the organization is not only better equipped to meet its immediate needs but also better prepared for the future.
